Truth of Sarna--attentive on command from Congress high ups.

The receipt issued no. 230630 on 03-03-12 To Kuldip singh bhogal for booking the path to be started on 07-03-12 and the bhog on 09-03-12.

Could a President of any Sikh elected body stop any Sikh to perform an Akhand path in any Gurudwara anywhere in his jusrisdiction, under his control of Gurdwaras or at any place? Is it not obstruction in fundamental rights of an Indian? The Indian constitution allows the freedom of worship to every Indian then how could President of DSGMC stop Jathedar Kuldip Singh Bhogal to perform an Akhand path at Gurudwara Bala Sahib in Delhi ?

I appreciate Jathedar Bhogal on his regret of whatever mishappened and Sikhs clashed with each other in Gurudwara Bala Sahib recently which brought defamation and disrespect to Gurudwara. Hence he wished to perform this Akhand path on behalf of Sikh Sangat and for the chardi kalaa (High spirit) of Khalsa panth.

He booked this Akhand Path on 2nd March, he was called at 9.30 to appear in Gurudwara today on 7th March. The Sikh sangat kept on waiting till 12.15 am but the permission to start the Akahnd path was not given by Sarna.
Instead of giving permission (Sarna has no right to obstruct/stop the Akhand path) he (Sarna) again sent his goons of his task force. The Police was called again by Sarna.
To avoid any further clash and further confrontation, Jathedar Bhogal better decided to walk out of Gurudwara without attending the Path which was not permitted.
I request Jathedar Bhogal to report in Police on interference in following his religion and obstruction to perform the Akhand Path which is his birth right.

Harvinder Singh Sarna, the ex-president of DSGMC and brother of Paramjit Singh Sarna was questioned on equalizing the BL Kapoor with Guru Harkrishan Singh ji, as the DSGMC has given a new name to Bala Pritamhospital as GURU HARIKRISHAN BL KAPOOR HOSPITAL and on sale of the hospital built by Kar sewa and on Daswandh of Sangat.

This provoked the Sikh youths. Pali got irritated on asking this question and behaved rudely with Sikhs and then he was badly beaten along with Manjit singh Sarna and few others. Totally five -r six persons badly beaten. His car was broken and damaged. He left the place leaving his turban behind.

His task force goons couldn't save him as Sikh youths were highly motivated on treacheries to Sikh Panth and the loot of Delhi Gurudwaras by Sarnas. They are given a right answer.

Paramjit Singh Sarna sent his goons from Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib to fight with Sikh youths at Gurudwara Bala Pritam who are well equipped with fire arms, Kirpans and lathis etc. There number is nearly 35-40 persons.The Delhi police is backing them as Sarna used his influence being a congress staunch supporter.

RE-SALE OF BALAJI HOSPITAL ?

Sarnas have resold the Bala Sahib hospital to BL Kapoor of Delhi. In a press conference this was revealed by Sarnas themselves on 01-02-2012, as evident from this picture. Sarna also threatened to face dire consequences whosoever obstructs to complete this task and transfer of hospital. A siropao was given to Abhay Soi of BL Kapoor visible in picture. Election of DSGMC have already been declared a weak ago then how could Sarnas take such an important decision ahead of election and how does he threat his opponents who raise the eyebrow and see some foul play again?

The DSGMC also announced a tie-up with Radiant B L Kapoor Hospital for starting the Guru Harkrishan Hospital, providing free and subsidised medical treatment to Sikhs in Delhi. The private hospital would pay DSGMC an amount of Rs 25.5 crore which would be spent on education and health facilities but the question arises here if Kapoors are paying this much amount to DSGMC and build a hospital there, why would they provide free treatment to poor Sikh families? Shall it not repeat the same on govt lines which allotted cheap land to corporate hospitals? There is not any free treatment is provided to poors other then free consultation in OPD.

A viilage Hondh—Chillar was recently found in Haryana in between Rewari and Pataudi where 32 Sikhs were killed,(Everyone present on 2nd Nov 1984 in that village), those who survived never returned to this village but settled at some other places.

Now after 26 years some Sikh organizations like Sikhs for Justice and All India Sikh Students Federation have come forward and performed an Akhand Path in that village and it’s prior intimation given to all Sikh bodies that it will start on 4th March and Bhog ceremony shall be held on 6th March 2011. Thus an Akhand Path was also performed on 2nd of March at Akal Takhat Sahib and Bog on 4th March was attended by SGPC members and tributes were paid. The different dates were chosen to avoid clash and so that maximum sangat may attend at Hondh Chillar but Sarna and DSGMC betrayed it and organized the Akhand Path on same dates in Gurdwara Bangla Sahib. It was to please Congress high Command only and to stop Sikhs from Delhi to not to attend the programme at Hondh Chillar.

Whereas his moral duty was to inform sangat in all Gurudwaras at Delhi and to arrange buses to transport but he didn’t. The buses were provided by some Panthi Dardi Sikhs at their own expenses but DSGMC again failed and betrayed with Sikhs.

A complaint to Sri Akal Takhat was lodged by Sikh sangat of Chiacago (USA) in this regard against his anti panthic activities.

A delegation of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Managing Committee and SAD (Delhi), led by president Paramjit Singh Sarna met UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi in Delhi on Tuesday to raise issues, including the Anand Marriage Act, granting of citizenship to Hindu and Sikh migrants from Afghanistan and the matter of blacklisted Sikhs.

The issue of the constitution of a separate Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (HSGPC) was also taken up with her. "We told her that this was a poll promise of the Congress to the Sikhs of Haryana and if the party wanted to keep them with it, the promise would have to be fulfilled," Sarna told The Times of India.

"The United Progressive Alliance chairperson told us that she wanted to keep not only the Sikhs of Haryana with the Congress but of the entire country and assured that she would take up the issue with the Haryana government and the party leadership there," he said.

The delegation also urged her to inaugurate the Guru Teg Bahadur Memorial in Delhi.

The Baton of Commonwealth Games is touring Delhi after it has covered 20,000 kms through the main cities of India and now it is in Delhi. It is being sent to all important religious places for blessings. It was sent to Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib Delhi also but it was not taken to inside the Gurudwara before Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji. Instead of taking inside the main Gurudwara, it was received in Sarna Darbar. A stage was built in front of Lakhishah Vanjara Hall and the baton was received their by Sarna. Some praiseworthy words were addressed by Sarna.

The DSGMC ordered all students of its colleges, Institutions and Schools, their teaching and non-teaching staff to appear to welcome the Baton early in the morning at 6.00 am at their own.

Someone may ask these illiterate and ignorant organizers who spent 6 Lacs for the decoration of stage and all expenditure was nearly 25 Lacs, why this Baton was sent to Gurudwara Rakabganj by Delhi govt and why players and the other persons attached with games visited in Gurudwara? They paid the visit for blessings of Guru not to see Sarna.

On 1st October 2010, Jasjit singh ji UK arrived at Gurudwara Rakaabganj Sahib to pray for a somth event of Commonwealth games but he was not allowed by the head granthi Singh of Gurdwara.

Head Granthi of Gurdawara Rakab Ganj sahib Refused to do the Ardaasby The Order Of Paramjit Singh Sarna President Of Gurdawara Managment Commettee, when Jasjit Singh UK come alog with their Party Members to do the Ardaas for the Success Of CWG.

If Sarna did not want an Ardas (religious prayer of Sikhs) then why did he recieve the Queens baton and forced all the employees of DSGMC running establishments? Why did he spend more than 25 Lacs of Rupees of Gurdwara funds? Is the Gudwara his personal property?

The Common wealth games are going to be held in Delhi from 3rd October 2010 but are these games and the period during these games-is it safer for Sikhs in India?

No it is not.

A Sikh Manpreet Singh, who was on duty in Games village, was noticed wearing a Kirpan (one amongst 5 kakaars mandatory for a Sikh), he was pushed away and not allowed to be on duty on 30th Sep -10. This news got published on next day in Spokesperson, he was called on duty to show that their is no discrimnation with Sikhs in India but to his surprise, he was again misbehaved and denied to attend his duty. His only fault--HE IS A SIKH AND WORE KIRPAN.

I wonder why DSGMC did not raise this issue which is a humiliation to Sikhs and a direct interference in our religion. Not only this is the violation of the fundamental rights of a citizen of India. The authorities shall have to answer.

A major mistake is again done by Paramjit Singh Sarna and party---the Baton was taken to the stage by giving the salutes by Nisan sahibs with yellow and blue coloured , hanged both sides on railing. Where have they got this stupid idea? Who was the mastermind to give this salutes with pride of Sikhs-the Nisan sahib? Is Sarna not aware of the importance of Nisan Sahib in Sikh history? Does it adorn the elected body of Gurudwara to manage? How can they manage the historical place if they are unaware of the pride of Khalsa? But they are never ashamed, even they did not feel ashamed on dis-respect of sarups of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji and are still trying to save the culprit.They honored some important visitors with Saropa (Sikh honor) but to whom--- just see.

1)- One Siropa was given to the LOGO of Commonwealth games. A person was in the guise of it- lion. He was given this honor ? What for and Why?

2)- One Siropa was given to the Congress member of Parliament-West Delhi, Mr. Mahabal Misra. God knows why? But to my dismay he was given the honor of Kaura Mal.What this Mahabal Misra or the Congress has done to the honor and pride of Sikhs or to save them from killings ?

So far it (the Congress party) has the blackspot on it's face. Then why this great honor and most respected name is used as a title to honor this Bihari MP ?What are his achievement so the Sikhs may feel proud of him as we do feel to Sh. Kaura Mal ji?

Shall the Sikhs of Delhi be always dishonerd and be ashamed by this Sarna and Party ?

Is there not any other way to save the honor, glory and pride of community in future?

Then the Baton was taken to St. Columbus, their in the Church it was received by the Cheif Reverend, who just received, did some holy rituals and sent back within no time. No pomp and show was organized. No money spent.

Who is wiser ? The Church authorities or The Management Committee of Delhi Sikh Gurudwaras?

Please share your views and give some good suggestions to get rid of these traitors of Sikh panth which holds the management of Delhi Gurudwara's and play with honor of Sikhs.

Paramjit Singh Sarna is anti-Sikh and an associate of Darshan Lal. If you don't believe, see the title cover of the book (Pasted above) published by Sarna at DSGMC press, at Gurudwara Rakabganj, Delhi. You can see the address given at the back of title cover. This book is published to strengthen the ideology of Darshan lal . Earlier when Darshan Singh was summoned at Akal Takhat, Sarna sent his 2000 Sikhs from Delhi to move along with Darshan lal to pressurize the Sikh High priests. That's why Darshan Singh wanted the Sikh takhat Vhieves to come out to discuss so that the men sent by sarna and Joginder Sahney make a kioss and disturb to postpone the decision but his strategy was failed as Takhat chieves called him inside the Akal Takhat.

Above published two pamphelets were distributed by me at Gurudwara Moti bagh on Gurupurab day on 1st Sep-10. I was thrashed, pushed in his office, abused, beaten by punches at my back, threatened by Sarna himself as 'SUDHAR JAO NAHI TE SUDHAR DIAANGE' Means threatened me to face dire consequences if i do not shut my mouth.

In these pamphlets the prove is given that the sarups which were recovered from the muddy-sewerage water from basement of Laxman Chelaram were published and supplied by DSGMC under Sarna. So Sarna is also guilty as hundreds of sarups were found open and the pages were spread on floor all around which were collected by Sikh sangat and tied in bundles.

On 11th of August, it was raining heavily in Delhi. Across Yamuna in Hargovindpura lane, the water gushed into the basement of a house. The stauch smell was noticed by Public. Fortunately some Sikhs were also present there. What they saw, their eyes were opened wide in disgust and shame, they cried and wept. Immediately they phoned to other Sikhs and the Sikhs from all around despite heavy rains flocked to that place.

Religious literature and sarups are being removed by Sikhs from Basement.

What was there which sent the Sikhs so shocked and stunned. The sarups of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji were kept on ground which floated in muddy sewer water. This was a godown in basement of Laxman Chelaram, who publishes sarups and other Sikh literature without permission of Akal Takhat. There was not an inch of space to keep foot on floor.So the message immediately flashed to nearby Gurudwara Baba Dera Karam Singh ji at Rashid Colony, Jamna paar.

Religious literature carried by Mini-trucks.

An immediate appeal was made through loud speakers from Dera Baba Karam Singh ji (Gurudwara) to Sikhs that whosoever has the car, may take it to 13 Hargovindpura lane to carry the damaged sarups to Gurudwara. Nearly 5-6 mini trucks were pushed in service which made two trips each and the sikhs carried the Gutkas, open pages of SGGS and other literature drenched with mud and sewer water in their cars to Gurudwara.

The Shahida jatha Baba Deep Singh ji Khalsa Fauz, under command of Kaptaan Singh did an outstanding job to take care of the literature and sarups to take out of muddy-sewerage water and to carry them to Dera Baba Karam Singh ji. The local Sikhs of the area also helped them.

Paramjit Singh Sarna, President Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee, was contacted but he said that he was away and could not visit to Gurudwara. Neither he visited nor he sent anybody from DSGMC to look into matter and to do sewa or supervise the damage.

Late in the night, two members of DSGMC, Gurmeet Singh Shyunty and Manjit Singh Rekhi reached there but were called by avtar Singh Taari of Proud Khalsa. network. They visited and quarralled with Tarjit Singh Naagi, the chairman of GHPSchool, India gate, that why they were not called.

Next day we gathered at Gurudwara, Sarna was also there ind taking note of all the damage. He stood to address the sangat (The Sikh congregation) and said, "All that happened was not good and that he assures sangat that the stern action shall be taken against Laxman chelaram...," At this i intervened and asked him if he was sure to take action. He replied,"Yes".

Then I called the sangat and said that in the month of April I myself, Harminder singh, Avtar Singh and other Singhs brought the sarups from the Sindhi temple of Laxman Chelaram from Pusa Road, New Delhi and brought to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib but to our dismay, Sarna returned those sarups back to Laxman Chelaram. Had he not returned the sarups and if any action had been taken, we Sikhs would have not witnessed this day in disgust and shame.

I was covered by many Sikhs and stopped to intervene but there were many singhs with me from Tilak nagar area Kaptan Singh, Rajwinder Singh and their jatha Shahid Baba Deep Singh ji Khalsa Fauz, Locals from that area like Harjit singh and others, Singhs from Proud khalsa network like Harminder Singh, Avtar Singh (Taari)and many more, so no one harmed me otherwise things could go worst as Sarna is famous to take action through his goons to all critics.

At this he (Sarna) left the stage without addressing sangat.

When he left the stage, the singhs followed him to stop but he managed to escape. he was stopped near the entrance of the hall but he crossed a 2-2 1/2 feet wall and to his car but singhs ran after him, tried to push him out of his car but his driver took him safely. Sikh youths kicked on his Car but he better decided to leave silently.

On 15 thof August a news was published in Spokesperson that Baba Phuman Singh je has appealed all Sikhs that Sarna ji provided all necessary help and that DSGMC is providing all help to the sewa of damaged sarups whereas Shanty and one more person approached Baba Phuman Singh ji and wrote two lines on topin appreciation and than left some space, got it signed by Babaji. Then at the empty space wrote down the press note and released to press whereas anyone can get it confirmed from Baba Ji whether he gave any clean chit to Sarna? Thus Sarna and his men lied and cheated Baba Phuman Singh Ji also.

He and his men fooled Baba ji. DSGMC did not provide any sewa and not shared its any kind of service instead tried to save Laxman Chelaram.

This is the real face of DSGMC and it’s President Paramjit Singh Sarna.

Maharaja Ranjit Singh appeared at Akal Takhat and accepted the punishment of whips. He took off his shirt and stood before the jathedar Akali Phoola Singh ji. He was an emperor but appeared in a humble manner.

Mr. Sarna was also expected to be there in that humble manner only. There was no need to take along his supporters which will be called goons only because he was showing his muscle power there. .
Darshan lal too made this mistake. He appeared there with his followers and the men sent by Sarna. The strength at that time was nearly 2000.
Sarna has made a mistake and he/you should accept it.

[Parmjit Singh Sarna, who was flanked by his brother Harvinder Singh Sarna and a large number of supporters, reached the Golden Temple complex around 10.30 am on 07-08-10. Sarna took along a group of 150 goons of him on exp. of DSGMC.Who stayed at nearby hotels at the expenses of DSGMC. Whether he was called alone or with his goons? Why did the Sikh clergy not asked him this? Is this not the wastage of donations of Gurudwara and a show of muscle power? Is it not his Gundagardi whereas he was expected to be their in a humble manner at the highest temporal seat of Sikhism- AKAL TAKHAT?

There is a long list of misdeeds of Paramjit singh Sarna but today on 21st July 2010, the news of the humiliation of HS Phulka, the senior advocate, who is fighting the Court cases of the victims of 1984 for the last 26 years without any fee, has been humiliated by Sarna. Mr. Phulka has decided to withdraw himself from all cases related with 1984.

Sarna is playing this wicked game on behest of Congress as the charges against Sajjan kumar have been fixed but the punishment is delayed until 23rd August. In between Sarna has played this dirty trick to give a set back to Sikhs on their first near victory to punish any perpetrator of 1984.
THE TRAITOR HAS AGAIN PLAYED THE GAME.

Is Sarna not going to convert the Gurudwara into a banquet hall? Do we Sikhs need to pay him for the Sikh marriages in Gurudwara? How could he charge from Sikh families in the name of marriage of their daughters in Gurudwara? This is not a Gurudwara of a colony where in the name of maintenance and other expenditure the management charges some money but this is a historical Gurudwara which is the property of Panth and he has no authority to charge for marriages of Sikh children there.

The time is to help the parents of a Sikh girls, to provide all sort of help in marriage but by his this malicious act, Sarna puts an extra burden by charging from them. The gathering of Sikhs from both sides in a wedding offers/donates sufficient money to cover up the expenses. Then why to charge and hope to collect more money by providing more space / banquet halls to needy parents?

I am beginning with a complaint to Akal Takhat about misdeeds and malpractice by the President of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee. Kuldeep Singh Bhogal, A member of the Shiromani a member of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) from Delhi, has urged Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh to act against Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) President Paramjit Singh Sarna in accordance with the Sikh Rahit Maryada for allegedly hampering the BHOG _ CEREMONY organized in memory of the 1984 Sikh genocide.

In a memorandum present- ed to the Jathedar on Saturday, Bhogal alleged that Sarna had interfered with the holding of the `akhand path' at Gurdwara Bala Sahib in Delhi in November 2009. The All India Riot Victim relief committee had collected funds to organize Akhand path in memory of the 1984 victims at historic Gurdwaras in Delhi.

Despite completion of arrangements, Sarna did not allow the paath to be held at Gurdwara Bala Sahib on November 5, Bhogal alleged.

[I have received the following information on 21-07-10 That Sarne ne Akhand path rakhwaya see per sewadaar path rakhna bhul gaye, te in kanzra ne Loka nu dikhan laee sida he 9 MAHLE de salok padh detey ta akhand path di sampuranta kar diti jo ankhand path rakya hi nahin gaya si. Inha kameniaa ne SATGURU SAHIB SHRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB nu sirf ik pustak samziaa hai].

He said the act had hurt the sentiments of families of victims.

Besides, several objectionable activities are taking place at Bhai Lakhi Shah Vanjaara Hall (at Gurudwara RakabGanj, Delhi), which Sarna has converted into a marriage palace, he claimed.

Giani Gurbachan Singh assured action would be taken after an investigation.

New Delhi (KP) – The true colors of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) executives Paramjit Sarna and Harvinder Sarna have come into light during the recent ‘Nij Thao’ mandar controversy in New Delhi.

By illuminating the obscure acts of Sarna and Company the true motives of the Sarnas have been exposed. It is apparent that Sarna and company have no respect for the highest political authority of the panth. Despite the Sri Akal Takhts edict which has prohibited the parkash of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji at Mandirs; however; the Sarnas have openly supported the violation this edict.

Violation of Panthic Edicts;

The following is an extract from the official Sikh Rahit Maryada (code of conduct) which has clearly prohibits parkash alongside idols of deities and nihilistic (Hindu) Granths.

ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਮੂਰਤੀ-ਪੂਜਾ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਗੁਰਮਿਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਰੀਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਸੰਸਕਾਰ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਅਨਮਤ ਦਾ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। - Sikh Rahit Marayda.

In addition to the Rehat Marayada, a 2001 edict from Sri Akal Takht Sahib, clearly states the parkash of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s can only be performed where Sikh Rehat maryada and doctrine inscribed in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is being followed, and where the congregation is of Sikhs whom have submitted to the authority of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Furthermore, the edict informs that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s parkash will not be tolerated in places where idol worship and non-Sikh rituals are being performed.

Therefore, according to the Rahit Maryada, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s saroops can not be installed alongside idols of deities, other ‘aan-matee’ granths or non- Sikh places of worship.

Sarna Returns Saroops to Mandar

However, the Sarnas have outright disobeyed this order by returning two of the saroops back to the idol worshiping Mandir which allowed beadbi of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji on a daily basis.

While the mandar management is guilty of committing beadbi, the Sarnas and the DSGMC whom are suppose to be Sikh sevadars are the most guilty for condoning and encouraging this beadbi.

For no apparent reason the Mandirs beadbi is being rewarded and accepted by the Sarnas and the DSGMC. Sarna has decided to give the Mandir a clean chit; furthermore, Sarna returned two of the saroops which were previously removed by Panthic sevadars.(http://www.panthic.org/articles/5236).

Pressure Tactics being used Against Singhs In an attempt to avoid conflict and escape negative publicity, staffers from both DSGMC and Nij Mandar have been pressuring the Delhi Police to take serious action and file charges against the sevadars who removed the saroops from the Mandir premises. The Shahbaaz Khalsa sewadars who removed the saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj from the Mandar are now being harassed and intimidated by the Police.

Complaint Submitted to Sri Akal Takht;

The sewadars, on the other hand, recently submitted evidence to Sri Akal Takht Sahib in regards to the ongoing beadbi at the Delhi mandars. Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh has acknowledged the effort of the sewadars, and promised to look into this matter.

The sewadars, Harminder Singh, Kanwaljeet Singh, Lakhbeer Singh, Harbinder Singh, Satvinder Singh, and Iqbal Singh also filed a complaint with the Delhi Police Commissioner and requested that action be taken so Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s saroops are not misused in the future by such non-Sikh groups.

The Sarna brothers and the DSGMC in the past have shown total disregard for Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji's saroops (see: Desecration of the Guru by Our Own Institutions) and have worked hand-in-hand with the Spokesman/Kala-Afghani lobby in running an endless propaganda campaign against Sri Dasam Granth. Now, they are challenging Sri Akal Takht Sahib's edicts by openly supporting Lachman Chelaram’s diabolical desire to install the Hindu Geeta, Ramayan, and the idols of Hindu deities alongside Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s parkash.

Frustration & Retribution;

Perhaps the Sarnas are frustrated that their upcoming ‘World Sikh Samelan’ event could be a major media flop. Due to such fears, no self-respecting Panthic organization has committed to partaking in this function.

Out of spite, Sarna and company seem to be taking retribution against Panthic organizations who have criticized the policies of the DSGMC and the upcoming event.

Panthic observers feel that Sarna and his corrupt DSGMC cohorts need be held accountable for trying to undermine the authority of Sri Akal Takht and the Sikh Rahit Maryada. Otherwise this nexus between the Sarnas and RSS oriented institutions will continue to flout Panthic Maryada and commit further be-adbi.

Sarna was honored in the rally of RSS but refused to welcome the 300 years Fateh March at Delhi border (Gurgaon), organized by SGPC and management committee of Hazoor Sahib. The sangat of Delhi slapped on his face attending in large gathering to welcome the Palki Sahib of Guru Granth Sahib ji and the Fateh march. After this Sarna has no right to represent Sikhs of Delhi and remain on his post.

Sarna honors Ashwini Chopra of Punjab Kesri on 12th May 2009 at Gurudwara Rakab ganj, Delhi.

I asked him (Tejinder Singh Lamba) the agenda as the call of this convention was given without any agenda and was given in a hurry.When Srana declared the World Sikh Convention, i immediately objected and wrote a letter to Tejinder Singh Lamba, organizer of this convention.

1)- This Chopra family is the grandson of Lala Jagat Narayan who was anti Sikh and

raised slogans during Punjab Suba movement that "Ura iri padhan nahin deni Sir te pagg rahan nahin deni'and "Kach, Kadaa te Kirpan Ehna nu bhejo Pakistan." He (Lala Jagta) helped the Nirankari Guru to escape from Amritsar to Delhi in 1978 when he was a Minister in Punjab. Brave Sikhs took revenge of it and shot him dead. His son Ramesh was also anti Sikh, he too met his fate the same way.

2)- Sarna has honored them and presented the honor with a siropa on 12th May at Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib, now the ads of all the events organized by DSGMC are sent for publication/ advertisements in these news papers, like Rozana Spokesman and Punjab kasri group news papers which are playing a major role to submerge Sikh religion in Hiduism and leaves no stone unturned to defame Sikhs since independence. Whose money Is that? Is not it is of the Sikhs? It doesn’t belong to Sarna, it is collected by donations/presentatations/by offerings. So it is the money of we Sikhs which he is spending against us to strengthen the anti-sikh forces.

3)- It is that Sarna who has issued instructions to the kathawachaks in Gurudwaras of Delhi to not to mention the episode of 1984. . It is is 100% true. One can never hear any word related to the massacre of Sikhs in 84. It was revealed to me by a kathawachak himself when asked about it . You switch on the TV at morning time about 8 o'clock and listen the katha from Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. Exact time is not known to me as I do not listen them.

4)- It is that Sarna who has been accused of misuse of Bhai Lakhi Shah Vanjara hall where Meat and liquor is freely served in weddings. This is that place where every important Sikh event is held. This so-called world Sikh Convention is also going to be held at this place.

5)- When sarups of AGGS were taken by a container to airport to be sent to Australia, this container was already loaded with women’s innerwears. The sangat of Delhi objected to it, he (Sarna) called the police to take the container forcefully but his attempt was failed. It was allowed to move only after the permission was obtained from Akal Takhat but the saddest part is ….Sarna when asked to visit Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib on the spot, he labelled the sangat as RSS agent.’aanda sangat nu sabh RSS de agent kathe hoye ne, container jaroor jayega.’ These were his words – recorded.

6)- Sarna provided all necessary arrangements at Gurudwara Mukarji Nagarto Darshan lal but his all attempts were failed by sangat of Delhi which did not allow Darshan to speak at Gurudwara atage as per orders of Akal takaht. 7)- He is the elected President of DSGMC but acts like a dictator. What rights has he to go against the verdicts of Akal Takhat? That decision may be wrong or right, he is bound to implement it. He has no authority to question it. Why does he promote Darshan Lal (Excommunicated-no more a Sikh), to speak on stages of DSGMC and its Gurudwara's? Why does he threats to call police on every occasion wherever he is opposed. Do the Sikhs have right to oppose him on his anti-Sikh activities?

Sarna is a trait and a big threat to Sikhism.

So the so-called world Sikh Convention is a self apprasal show of Sarna bros. to give a clean their image by raising the finger on superemacy of Akal Takhat and to humiliate it by the gathering of all anti Dasam Granth groups. They certainly have a hidden agenda which will be introduced only at right time., it’s to felicitate the Prof. Darshan, Inder ghagaa, joginder Sahney and other like minded Guru nindaks nothing else. You will see it.

Could there be any world Sikh Convention/ Sarbat Khalsa without presence by the chieves of all Takkhts and SGPC? (Though I am a strong critic of Badal also) It is impossible.

By doing all these malicious acts do you think he shall be able to get the desired strength in coming elections to be chosen the President once again in his 3rd term? He is also play a power game in Punjab SGPC elections but he shall be exposed before that. If he does not want that defeat, he should restrain himself from anti-panthic activities.

When i wrote 2-3 times to Tejinder singh and daily on facebook and condemned their call of World Sikh Convention as i smelled the rat in it. Than only, after 4-5 days of the declaration of the convention, the authenticated agenda by Tejinder singh was published on on GLZ group on Facebook.

SGPC & to abolish any influence/interference of the outside bodies
& the State.

4.To get the Black Lists of Sikhs in Diaspora removed immediately,
To find satisfying solution of the French Ban on Turbans,
To rehabilitate the Afghanistan Civilians in India,
To work towards the grant the Dual Citizenship to Sikhs living/settled overseas,
To get the legal cases of Sikhs speedup in India & Pakistan.

5.To maintain the Sikh Identity & to stall the Anti- Sikh attacks on the religious freedom of the Sikhs .

6. To Inspire the confidence of the Sikhs & totally submit to the 'Guru Manyao Granth'

Singh Ji & to refrain from the display of any other Granths/Holy
Books/ Statues in its august presence.. To bring all the Sikhs
& Sikh Organizations under the banner of Sikh Rahit Maryada.To work towards bringing

A self declaration by Sarna and bros. was passed in a closed room where other peoples or press reporters, any jathedars, Nihang Singhs etc were not allowed. This declaration to press was releaesed, in this declaration....In order to take follow up action with regard to the decisions of the world Sikh Convention it was decided to authorise the DSGMC to act as nodal agency, S. Who has given the authority to declare the DSGMC to appoint as a Nodal agency for the

mediation in Sikh affairs . SGPC, any Takhat Sahib, Panj Piaras appointed by

Akal Takhat Sahib or any Sikh confedration of all Sikh Bodies of the world, can

be accepted to be dealing with the nodal responsibilty in Sikh matters . How can

DSGMC who is a puppet of Delhi Govt of Congress or opposed to present set up of

SGPC, SAD, Sikh laid down fundamnetals / traditions, SRM, Takhat Patna Sahib and

Takhat Huzur Sahib can ask her self to be Nodal Officer ? A mela organized by

DSGMC as said by Sucha Singh Chhotepur on the stage of convention can not

declared and pass any Mataa implementable on Sikh Panth unless % Singh saahiban

are among them .

A THREAT TO SIKH PANTH BY THE TRAIT SARNA, ONCE AGAIN SIKH PANTH IS ON THE EDGE OF DIVISION.

The fixing of the walls inside the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Delhi with 125 Kgs of Gold is a political decision which seems an attempt to weaken the Sikh Panth with the consent of the govt of India to whom Sarna is a tout. The visitors to India in future shall be introduced with two Golden temples of Sikhs and the guide shall ask which one would you like to visit sir? Whether the newly built in Delhi or the ancient one at Amritsar?

So Sikhs be cautious of the wicked move. I have warned several times through blogs and internet that this govt has a plan, as it could not eliminate Sikhs in 1984. Now it wants to abolish your culture. It wants to see the Sikhs weaker and without their identity as a Sikh in his identity. It does not respect your martialness but it wants to see you in the main stream of Hinduism by submerging your religion in Hiduism.

SGPC and Jathedars of Takhats should condemn Sarna for his malicious attempt to humiliate Darbar Sahib (Harmandar Sahib ji). Jathedar of Akal Takhat should summon him immediately before it gets too late. Once the work started or walls are fixed with Gold shall be an uphill task to remove by the next committee’s and their heads.

So an immediate action be taken against Sarna at any cost he should be stopped to carry out his dirty plan to divide Sikhs.

The money which he is going to spend by fixing Gold, could have been used in much better ways to benefit Sikh youths by giving them education in higher studies at minimum fee so that there may be more Sikhs in IAS and other administrative jobs. They could be good engineers, doctors, academicians, scholars, teachers, scientists, aeronauts etc but what shall Sikh panth gain by fixing Gold in a building of Gurudwara? We don’t need another Golden temple.

If Sarna has no plans to invest money for the benefits of Sikh youths. He can contact YSL (young Sikh Leader) as they are working in this field.

Or he can consult the Sikhs of Thailand who have done their best to promote Sikhism and for Sikhs through various plans by opening engineering and medical colleges, they provide easy loans to Sikh people and lend the govt also in need.

I wish Waheguru may bless Sarna more wisdom so that he may not be remembered as a trait in Sikh history but as a dedicated person to Sikhism.

DSGMC especially Sarnas must wake-up. Having friend in congress to politically fight Badals is one thing but having friends in congress to damage interests of community is another and the same may have very far reaching implications for the community and themselves too. It would send a message to masses that the community leaders are nuts with short-sighted interests, can be manipulated with power & money and the community is available for sale.

Subject : Gold Walls for Bangla Sahib Gurudwara

We have learnt that Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Managing Committee has planned to fix 125 KG of Gold costing approx 24 Crores on the Walls of Bangla Sahib Gurudwara.

We feel that at present the biggest problems being faced by the Sikh community are the declining standards of education and proper rehabilitation of the victims of 1984 Carnage who are stills living a miserable life even after 25 years of the killing of their family members.

It is the utmost duty of the leaders, to guide the community properly and give a right direction to the people. In this era of education the community is going down in the education sector. The number of the Sikhs going on to the topmost position in the country such as IAS, IPS, top Medical and Engineering Colleges is declining considerably. The immediate need is to set up the Institute for Training for Civil Services such as IPS, IAS, IFS etc. and for imparting free coaching to bright Sikh Students to train them to go to the topmost colleges and universities. About 10 to 15 years back one would find a considerable number of Sikhs in these places but it has considerably declined today.

The standard of the Sikh Education Institutions which was among the topmost schools and colleges of Delhi about 10 -15 years back has considerably gone down today.

The victims of the biggest tragedy of our lifetimes i.e. 1984 carnage, are living in virtual slums. They do not have proper means of earning livelihood; their children do not have the proper means of education. The government has failed to rehabilitate them properly and so has the community. It is also the duty of the community to provide education to their children. Most of children are going to private schools which are charging heavy fees. That DSGMC should provide Scholarship to deserving students who are now in the Ist or 2nd generation in the families which lost their earning members in 1984 .

We should not forget that Bhai Lalo was more dear to Guru Nanak and not Malik Bhago. Guru Nanak himself left living examples for his Sikhs by following these in his own lifetime. Through Sacha Sauda Guru Nanak gave the message that the Sikh should provide help to the poor and needy in the society.

Unfortunately in today’s time we are not able to provide the help to those from our own community who need help the most.

Harmander Sahib Amritsar is the only place, where apart from Golden dome, walls also are Golden and is thus known as Golden Temple all over the world. By having Gold on Walls of Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, it will directly affect the uniqueness of Harmander Sahib Amritsar. This will not be acceptable and Sikhs all over the world will resent this act on the part of DSGMC.

We earnestly request you to kindly reconsider your decision to put Gold on the Walls of Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. Instead give a proper direction to the community and utilize this money on education and Rehabilitation of the victims.

If this siropa was not given with the consent of Paramjit Singh Sarna, then may i ask what action was taken against this man-the president of Rani bagh Gurudwara by him/DSGMC ?

Anti Sikh activities of Paramjit Singh Sarna Gaddar;

• He Honored Sajjan Kumar with Saropa.

• He Honered Lala Jagat Narain's son with Saropa

• Supported Sajjan kuamar's brother in election

• Never Joined Riot Victim's Protest and worked hard to stop pension of 1984 widows.

• Denied Akhand path for Riot Victims

• Asks Sikhs to forgive those involved in 84 Carnage(without them even acceppting their role)

• Used bad language in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib for Sikh reporter

• He got that Sikh reporter beaten up, although could never prove him wrong.

• Sarna is considered agent of all the Anti- Sikh forces be it in Congress or RSS.

See some pictures taken from the press at Gurudwara Rakab Ganj sahib where the sarups are kept like books. It clearly shows the disrespect, humiliation and malfunctionig and mismanagement of the President Paramjit Singh Sarna.
